This slip is perfect for someone who wishes to be right in the heart of a boating community.  Within 2 blocks, you can walk off the dock to 4 restaurants, a quaint harbor club, a coffee house, numerous other shops, and an intimate community of boaters.  The view is spectacular as can be seen in the pictures below.  The specs are as follows:  Rental: $ 295 per month plus water and electric ; 50 foot length, 8 foot mean depth (wind tide differences).

The slip is located between the 2 sailboats at the right-most end of the dock and near the harbor entrance. It looks out on the lower Neuse River with excellent access to the Pamlico Sound with many great daytrip destinations.  See the following picture (View looking North East).
